I hate being sick! I felt just like the people in the NyQuil commercials. I'll give you a Mexican remedy on how to get over a cold or flu. First, buy some or get someone to make you some chicken soup. Then, pour some in a soup bowl and throw in some jalapenos, red or green chilis and hot sauce and BOOM, you will feel better in no time. Sweat that shit out! Drink gallons of water and take Vitamin C up the ass. Not really up your ass but, take a lot. So, that's my rememdy and it works all the time. Oh yeah, rest as well. Now, I'm ready to party this weekend and just in time for some bad ass shows...

The following day on Sunday the 25th at Great American Music Hall, AMEBIX will be performing. These guys practically started Crust Punk and are still around and doing it RIGHT! Alternative Tentacles just released, "No Sanctuary - The Spiderleg Recordings" and these classic songs were remastered by Jell Biafra himself. They sound good, they look good and they'll even sound better LIVE! Also on the bill that night is our boys from the Eastbay, ANNIHILATION TIME. These guys have been on a pretty good well-deserved break and now, its time to get off the couch, drop the bong & the chips and time for some live shit. C'mon guys, one-two-three-four-ONE!
