MY BIRTHDAY PARTY TOMORROW AT THEE PARKSIDE!!! 40 YEARD OLD!!!

Yep, you read it right! I'm turning 40 years old tomorrow Thursday, May the 14th. I can not believe I made it this long but, I'm glad I'm around. If not, I wouldn't of met all of you too see your band, spin your band(s) on the airwaves, getting drunk at a bar in NYC with you, met you at a show, have you slept on my couch, or just being a friend. 40 doesn't feel old to me. 40 feels like experience. Julius Caesar even said "Experience is the teacher of all things." What's so great about his quote is that I've been training people at the station and at my job and I love doing that. I mean, I've been going to shows/concerts since 1980 (11 years old) and living this life is better than anything else that I could've been into. Its taken me all over the states, the world and I've made so many friends (like you) and this is the life that makes you live longer i think. Since my departure from San Antonio 10 years ago, I've been living here in the Bay Area and all of you have made my life better than ever. I believe I was put here for a reason and all of you have giving me a reason to stay here. So, I would love too see you at Thee Parkside! This is more than just turning 40, it's a celebration of all of us and just a little part of life you have crossed with me.

First, I'm having BLACK COBRA! A really kick ass Metal band from here. I still wonder how two guys could make all that cool noise. Then, WHO RIDES THE TIGER from Los Angeles. The kind of ROCK they play is something that many bands should take a lesson from. I'm glad they are playing. PSYCHOLOGY OF GENOCIDE is a SF Hardcore band that has members from the 80's SF Hardcore scene. The drummer Scott also has the same B-Day with me so its a double party for us. HA! The door is at 9PM, its $7 and if you can't make it, its most likely I'll see you at a show sometime or at a bar. Come on down, have a good time with me and bring in 40 years of my life in style at Thee Parkside, 1600 17th St. @Wisconsin in San Francisco. Even my friends are coming in from Texas and Washington. Nightrocker and Chris Roxx Rules! Thanks for everything and hope too see you. Ciao!
