THE FORGOTTEN & IN-STUDIO/JEFFREY LUCK LUCASPLAYLIST/TOP 10/RADIO

I am taking it easy this weekend. Last weekend was a 4 day bender in 2 days. HA! But, I do have one show that I'll be going to. I'll be seeing THE FORGOTTEN at Thee Parkside this Sunday, February 1st. THE FORGOTTEN is a San Jose/Campbell, CA Punk Rock band that was formed back in 1997. A couple of months after they formed, TKO Records heard how rad they were and threw them on the label (#2 to be exact). Ever since then, they've toured countlessly around the US, Canada, Europe and even have gone to Japan (I hear they're big in Japan). These boys have seen fads and copy bands alike come and go and they've kept running them over and over and over....With a full complete circle, THE FORGOTTEN are back with TKO, out with a new album and once again going forward at full-speed. Gordy will in the studio with me tomorrow at 6PM (PST) on KSCU. The band hasn't been on my show in a while so we have a lot of shit to talk about and catch up on. I'm still doing radio at PIRATE CAT RADIO here in the Mission District of San Francisco. This year, i'm going to try to get more interviews and bands to play live in the cafe. KILLING TIL OBLIVION TOUR/AMEBIX/ANNIHILATION TIME/PLAYLIST/TOP 10

I hate being sick! I felt just like the people in the NyQuil commercials. I'll give you a Mexican remedy on how to get over a cold or flu. First, buy some or get someone to make you some chicken soup. Then, pour some in a soup bowl and throw in some jalapenos, red or green chilis and hot sauce and BOOM, you will feel better in no time. Sweat that shit out! Drink gallons of water and take Vitamin C up the ass. Not really up your ass but, take a lot. So, that's my rememdy and it works all the time. Oh yeah, rest as well. Now, I'm ready to party this weekend and just in time for some bad ass shows...

This Saturday, January 24th at Thee Parkside, Whore For Satan Presents: KILLING TIL OBLIVION TOUR: CATTLE DECAPITATION, PSYOPUS, BOOK OF BLACK EARTH, GIGAN and EYES OF NOCTUM! WOW! Talk about Metal Up Yer Ass! This show is going to be wicked and I better start to exercise my neck becasue I'm going to be doing A LOT of headbanging. Come on out, it's ALL AGES and its $12. That is fuckin cheap for a Metal show like this. So, get your blue jean or leather jacket out for this and get ready to go CRAZEEEEEEE!!!! See you there!

The following day on Sunday the 25th at Great American Music Hall, AMEBIX will be performing. These guys practically started Crust Punk and are still around and doing it RIGHT! 2009!!/FIREHOUSE ART SHOW/LE HATEPINKS (France)/2 RADIO SHOWS/PLAYLISTS/TOP 10

Well, another new year is upon and it looks good....for me though! Yes, this year I'm turning the BIG 40! WOW! 40 fuckin years and I though I wasn't going to make it past 30 but, I'm here and having a great time. This year I'm going on a bunch of trips. I'm headin back to my hometown of San Antonio and then SXSW. The month of April I'll be in Italy for practically the whole month. May is my B-Day and I'm throwing a party. The summer I'll be heading around the US for some music festivals. Back again to Bumbershoot in Seattle, CMJ NYC and so on. So, 2009 is looking fine and I feel fine and it's time to ROCK!

HAPPY HOLIDAZE!/BUTTHOLE SURFERS IN SAN FRANCISCO/BEST OF 2008 METAL & ROCK

Well, we made it through another year of radio. Thanks everybody for making 2008 pretty cool and I can't wait too see what's in store for 2009. A friend of mine that works for The Fillmore is letting me pass out a couple ticets to the BUTTHOLE SURFERS show December 30th and New Years Eve. I haven't seen them since mid-to-late 90's so, its been a while. I don't even think Roger needs to sing because everybody knows the damn lyrics and we are all going to sing along. Anyway, it's going to be one crazy show and hopefully I make it out there with my life because one thing about Agnostic Front shows is that it gets fuckin' rowdy. The band playing on the bill are First Blood, Psychology Of Genocide and Lionheart. If you want an adventure, join the fuckin navy but, if you want a blast come to show on Friday. SEE YA!

Sunday, December 14th I'm finally going too see TRAP THEM at Bottom of the Hill. TRAP THEM is on tour supporting their latest album, Seizures In Barren Praise taht's out on Deathwish Inc. The sound of Trap Them is very brutal and makers me feel like I'm going through a black hole with knives stabbing me all over. As of right now, Trap Them just made the Decibel Magazine's Top 40 Extreme albums of 2008. WOW! Congrats guys and can't wait too share the knife stabbing with you on saunday. oh yeah, These Arms Are Snakes and Narrows are playing on the bill as well. I almost forgot.
